doing nothing and

then resting

                     soothe so there’s no

messing

                god’s blessing

pain’s refrain

                       like rain

leave songs

                     guide to gain

bubble

away

            as champagne

Weigh A Head

as our head balances

                                        on top of our spine

we get into our head

                                  and out of our mind

letting weight rebound

                                      through

                                                    feet

                                                         seat

                                                                 heart 

      crown

we rise through sky

                                while we’re rooted

                                                                in ground

Buddha says first a chair is a chair

focused we feel the chair’s made of air

dissolving into all

                              here

                                      and there

then back to a chair

                                 when we are aware

so when we are here

                                  we are everywhere

eternally

               being

                         here

                                  swinging

                                                  there

while solid

                   we are also playing

                                                    with stars

re-creating with all

                                 whoever we are
